Hello, my name is Ja'Chin Holness!

I’m Jachin Holness, founder of Converge, and I specialize in helping leaders bring their values, vision, and performance into alignment. I was born and raised in Queens, New York, and my journey into leadership and service continued at Oakwood University, a HBCU that shaped my commitment to excellence, community, and faith. From there, I went on to earn a Master of Divinity from Andrews University Seminary, equipping me with a strong foundation in ethical leadership, communication, and personal development. I’m currently advancing my expertise even further by pursuing a second master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling—because I believe the best leaders are those who understand both strategy and the psychology of growth.

 

As an ICF Certified Executive and Leadership Coach, and a full-time chaplain, I bring over ten years of experience working with individuals, teams, and organizations. Throughout my career, I’ve led workshops, spoken on public platforms, guided leaders through transition, and coached professionals to not only meet their goals but to lead with clarity, integrity, and resilience.
